Power is a full body strength training with barbells & weight plates to fantastic music.

We currently offer private programs for Kickboxing Classes & Pilates Classes.


8 week Kickboxing for Fitness Program - $120.


10 week Pilates Program - 1 class a week at $120 or 2 classes a week at $200.
