WHAT IS STEP AEROBICS?
Step Aerobics is a form of aerobic exercise that involves stepping up & down on a small platform.
STRETCH/MOBILITY

Stretch & Mobility is a class focused around stretching and increasing mobility.
PILATES
WHAT IS PILATES?
Pilates is a great strengthening & toning workout with a focus on your core.
BOXING
WHAT IS BOXING?
Boxing is a cardio focused work out that improves strength & mobility.
ABS, BUTTS & THIGHS
WHAT IS ABS BUTTS & THIGHS?
ABT’S is a class focused on working your Abs, butts & thighs.
PRIVATE PROGRAMS
We currently offer private programs for Kickboxing Classes & Pilates Classes.
8 week Kickboxing for Fitness Program - $120.
10 week Pilates Program - 1 class a week at $120 or 2 classes a week at $200.
